Can I change my shipping address?Updated a year ago

Of course! Just shoot us an email with your new shipping address, and as long as the label hasn’t been printed yet, we’ll make the change for you. Part of our CX team is based in India, so please give us at least 48 hours to get back to you! Our warehouse team is super quick with dispatching orders, so while we can’t promise an address change, we’ll definitely do our best.

If the order has already shipped, we won’t be able to update the address en route. However, if it goes to the wrong address or gets returned to sender, we can resend it, but you’ll be responsible for covering the shipping cost to have it sent again.
