Yes, we offer refunds and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused spices; however, we cannot accept returns of any opened spices because of our food safety and sanitary protocols. Items must be returned in their original condition, with packaging intact.
To return a non-food item (masala dabbas, sweatsuits, tadka spoons, totes, dishtowels), email us within 30 days of receiving it and we’ll email you a return label.
For returns or exchanges, please contact our customer support at [email protected]. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed. Reimbursement of funds will be allocated back to the original form of payment used for purchase. Thank you..
