As long as the shipping label for the order hasn't been printed, you can cancel an order.

Once the shipping label has already been printed, we cannot cancel an order. However, we can send you a return label to send the order back to us, we just ask that you cover the cost of shipping, and then we'll refund you for the cost of the order.
