The tracking hasn't updated on my order, help!Updated a year ago
Oh no, we're so sorry about that! We have been seeing delays with shipping and deliveries this past year from mail couriers.
Unfortunately, once the package is in the hands of the mail courier, it is impossible for us to tell what could be causing the delay or what the issue is. Our policy is that if the tracking does not update for 2 weeks, we will happily resend the order to you! Please email us with your order number and shipping address and we will definitely make sure you get this order!
